Scratby Hall Caravan Park is situated in a secluded, rural setting on the outskirts of the coastal village of Scratby, five miles north of Great Yarmouth. It is the perfect position to explore the stunning countryside, beaches and Broads of Norfolk.
Set within five acres, the park has 108 level, grass pitches with or without electric hook-up for your touring caravan, motor home or tent. A popular, well stocked on-site shop provides a wide range of fresh produce, essential groceries and newspapers as well as caravanning equipment.
Our newly refurbished modern washrooms have free showers. There are separate purpose built disabled shower and toilet facilities as well as a food preparation and dishwashing room.
For children, there is an outdoor playground and also a games room. Our heated, outdoor swimming pool is open from mid-July and throughout August.
We accept a maximum of two dogs per pitch free of charge. Dogs are permitted on most local beaches and we have plenty of walking immediately from the site, being surrounded by footpaths and bridleways. ![]() Find out more |

Set deep in the Norfolk countryside, the site rests among 7 acres of well drained land adjoining fields and meadows and backs directly on to Marsham Heath and its extensive woodlands. There are spectacular views and magnificent sunsets to be witnessed.
Marsham is a much loved area of natural interest due to its richness and diversity of flora, fauna and wildlife. In 1986 Marsham Heath was designated a Site of Special Scientific Interest because it represented the largest area of heather heathland now remaining in East Norfolk. Three main species may be found: Bell Heather, Ling and Cross Leaved Heath. Additionally, Western Gorse, as the name suggests, is uncommon in Eastern Britain and offers a striking yellow display in the spring and summer. For those twitchers among you there are a wide variety of heathland birds that nest on the site including Meadow Pipits, Sky Larks and occasional Nightjars.
With excellent facilities, Top Farm is an ideal location for walkers, ramblers, cyclists, nature lovers or simply for those who crave some peace and tranquillity in a breathtaking environment. Well controlled dogs are welcome.

If you are looking for a party site, then this isn't the campsite for you. We have a strict noise policy in the late evenings to keep the relaxed atmosphere for both our customers and the adjacent houses.
Open all year for tents (no larger than 6-7 metres) and small campervans. Sorry but at the moment we don't offer electrical hookups or allow generators. (Would you stay if we did offer electrical hookups?)
We are an environmentally friendly campsite.
We recommend you book ahead for weekends and August.
We can now open North Glebe all year, which was our overflow camping field. This means at quiet times you have much more choice of pitches and makes no difference during high season.

Attleborough is an historic market town which dates back to Saxon times, when it was home to St. Edmund in AD 856 before he became King of the East Angles. The town has all modern amenities including a swimming pool in the nearby town of Wymondham (pronounced Wyndham).
Dogs are permitted at Oak Tree Caravan Park but must be kept on a lead at all times because we have hens roaming around the site.
